In this video, we’ll cover how to log in to Credit Workbench. From our homepage, creditworkbench.com, click the “Login” button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Alternatively, you can visit app.creditworkbench.com. From here, log in using your email address and password, or a temporary password that was emailed to you.
Click “Login.” If your organization has configured two-factor authentication, you’ll receive a text message code or an authenticator code to use for logging in.
If it’s your first time logging in, you’ll be prompted to enroll in this process. Once you’re logged in, you can manage your name, password, and any other two-factor settings by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
